Definition of the residue for compliance with the MRL for plant commodities: Methidathion. Definition of the residue for long-term dietary exposure assessment for plant commodities: Sum of methidathion, S-2,3,- dihydro-5-methoxy-2-oxo-1,3,4-thiadiazol-3-ylmethyl O-methyl phosphorodithioate and 2,3-dihydro-5-methoxy-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2- one (free and conjugate), and 4x S-2,3-dihydro-5-methoxy-2-oxo-1,3,4-thiadiazol-3-ylmethyl O,O-dimethyl phosphorothioate, expressed as methidathion. Definition of the residue for acute dietary exposure assessment for plant commodities: sum of methidathion and 4x S-2,3- dihydro-5-methoxy-2-oxo-1,3,4-thiadiazol-3-ylmethyl O,O-dimethyl phosphorothioate, expressed as methidathion. The Meeting was unable to reach a conclusion on the residue definitions for compliance with the MRL and dietary risk assessment for animal commodities. The residue is not fat soluble
